How to Use
  1. Cleanse
    Start with clean, dry skin. Remove all makeup and skincare.
  2. Put on the mask
    The flexible 4D mask moulds to your face. Adjust the strap for a snug, comfortable fit.
  3. Press once — let it guide you
    Use the wireless controller to select your mode and intensity level. The voice prompt confirms your selection and guides your session from start to finish.
  4. Relax for 10 minutes
    Sit back. The mask runs your session and tells you when it's done. No timer. No interruptions.
  5. Apply your skincare
    Follow immediately with your favourite serum or moisturiser.

Use 3–4 times per week for the first 4–8 weeks. Maintain with 2–3 sessions per week ongoing.
Contraindications

Do not use the mask if you:

  • Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding — consult your doctor before use
  • Have a known photosensitive disorder — including lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema, or albinism

What intensity level should I choose?

Low — recommended for first-time users and sensitive skin. Begin here for your first 2–3 weeks.

Medium — regular maintenance once your skin has adapted. The right level for most consistent users.

High — delivers the full irradiance output of up to 78.6 mW/cm². Best for experienced users with no sensitivity concerns.

There is no benefit to rushing to High. Consistent sessions at any intensity level build cumulative results over time.
Will I see results straight away?

Most users notice a brightness or freshness within the first few sessions. Meaningful changes in texture, tone, and clarity develop over 4–6 weeks of consistent use — this reflects the skin's natural renewal cycle of approximately 28 days.

Use 3–4 times per week for the first 4–8 weeks, then reduce to 1–2 times per week to maintain results. Consistency matters more than intensity.
How often should I use the mask?

3–4 times per week for the first 4–8 weeks. Once results are visible, reduce to 1–2 sessions per week for maintenance. Each session is 10 minutes with auto shut-off.
Does the mask have a voice-guided controller?

Yes. The wireless controller provides voice prompts in English throughout every session — confirming your mode selection, intensity level, and notifying you when your session is complete. No app required.

To power on, long press the On/Off button. Short press to switch modes. Use + and - to adjust intensity. The mask auto shuts off after 10 minutes.

To switch the voice language between English and Chinese, hold the minus button for 5 seconds.
What is irradiance and why does it matter?

Irradiance measures the light power delivered to your skin per square centimetre — expressed in mW/cm². It determines how much light energy actually reaches the dermal layers where cellular activity happens.

The 4D Glow Mask delivers up to 78.6 mW/cm² at High intensity in Mode 4 — the highest published irradiance in its category. CurrentBody Series 2 publishes 30 mW/cm². Omnilux does not publish their irradiance figure.

Higher irradiance means more light energy reaching your skin in every 10-minute session.

Can I use the mask after Botox or fillers?

Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox or filler treatments before using the mask. LED light therapy supports circulation and cellular activity, which may affect how injectables settle if used too soon. After the waiting period, it is generally safe to resume. If in doubt, consult your injecting practitioner.
Can I use the mask if I have a thyroid condition?

Hyperthyroidism: Consult your doctor before use. Some research suggests near-infrared light may influence thyroid activity. If your doctor approves, avoid placing the mask over your neck or throat, use Low intensity, and monitor how you feel. Discontinue if you notice changes in heart rate, anxiety, or energy levels.

Hypothyroidism: LED light therapy is generally considered safe. Continue your prescribed medication as directed and avoid placing the mask over your neck or throat. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
Can I use the mask while on prescription acne treatments?

If you are using Accutane (Isotretinoin), prescription retinoids, or certain antibiotics, consult your dermatologist before use. These medications can increase skin photosensitivity, which may affect how your skin responds to light therapy
Is the mask waterproof?

No. The mask is not waterproof. Clean it by wiping the LED surface with 70–80% ethanol solution or alcohol wipes after each use, then wipe with a damp or dry cloth. Do not rinse or submerge in water. Always power off before cleaning.
What is the return and refund policy?

All sales are final. The mask cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

The 4D Glow LED Face Mask is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against technical defects under normal use. If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us at hello@houseofdermis.com and we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.

    hands down the best addition to my skincare routine

    It Just Works!

    I recently purchased the 4D Glow Light Therapy Mask. I didn't really know what to expect. I am happy to say that after only 2 weeks of using it, I can see a true difference. I am 60 yrs old and have wrinkles as you would expect but those wrinkles are going away! My daughter has noticed the improvement as has a couple of friends. I think it is an excellent product!

    Almost Perfect – Results Are Fantastic!

    Lightweight and so comfortable — I’m obsessed!
